Rules & risks

The whole plan, on one page.

These are the rules the platform actually runs on, in plain language. The amounts shown are the ones in use today. The full risk notice is at the end of this page.

The board

  • A board has 13 seats: 1 top, 3 middles and 9 bottoms. Each middle sits above 3 bottoms.
  • Pay only the ID assigned on your dashboard. An ID on hold or already completed is not eligible for new payments.
  • Every ID except the original root forwards the first 2 payments of each group of 3 and keeps the last. The count continues across board splits, including for promoted top IDs.
  • Forward to your eligible upline. If that ID is unavailable or retired, the next eligible active ID in joining order receives the payment. If none is available, wait for an assignment; your forwarding deadline starts when a receiver is assigned.

Joining and paying

  • To join, you pay ₹1,500. You are placed in a free seat and shown the one member to pay. Usually that is a bottom seat, and you pay the middle above you. If a board has an empty middle seat — which happens when a board completes before its last bottom seat fills — that seat is filled first, and you pay that board’s top.
  • You pay by UPI, directly from your account to theirs. The platform never receives, holds or touches this money.
  • Before you join, save your own UPI ID. It is how members below you will pay you.
  • Send exactly ₹1,500, check the name your UPI app shows, and enter the UTR (transaction ID) from your receipt when you tap I have paid.
  • If the member you need to pay has not saved a UPI ID, contact the admin. Your clock is still running.

Confirming a payment

  • A payment counts only when the member who received it confirms it on their dashboard.
  • If you receive a payment, check it has really arrived in your account before you tap Received. Never confirm on the strength of a screenshot.
  • Each confirmation is recorded with the time it was made. When you owe a forward, receiving is on hold until the receiver confirms it. Tapping “I have paid” does not release the hold. A kept payment leaves you eligible to receive.

The 24-hour rule and holds

  • Every payment, whether it is a joining payment or an assigned forward, must be sent and confirmed within 24 hours.
  • If a joining payment is not, the seat is given back and the ID returns to “not on a board”. It can join again later.
  • If a payment a member forwards is not, that member’s ID goes on hold. It shows in red and cannot move forward until the payment is settled. It keeps its seat meanwhile.
  • A hold happens even if the member did pay and the receiver simply didn’t confirm, because the platform cannot tell the two apart. That is why your UTR matters.
  • If the admin places an ID on hold, that ID’s payment clock pauses, and resumes with the time that was left when the hold is lifted. A hold for a missed deadline doesn’t pause anything.
  • An ID on hold can hold up the board it sits on until it is settled.

Completing, splitting, re-entry

  • A board is complete when confirmed pass-ups reach ₹9,000. It can complete before every bottom seat is filled.
  • The top exits when confirmed pass-ups credited to its board reach ₹9,000. That ID receives no further board payments; referral income continues. Any forwarding payment already owed must still be settled.
  • The board splits into 3 new boards. Each middle becomes a top, and the bottoms move up to become middles.
  • Each new board starts with 9 empty bottom seats, so each one needs 9 new members to complete: 27 across the 3 new boards.
  • To go round again after exiting, you pay ₹1,500 again and take a new seat (re-entry). Nothing is re-entered for you automatically.

Level income and your wallet

  • Level income is separate from the board and follows who referred whom.
  • When someone you referred has their joining payment confirmed, the platform pays into your wallet: ₹100 at level 1, ₹50 at level 2 and ₹25 at level 3. Level 1 is people you referred yourself, level 2 the people they referred, and so on, 3 levels deep.
  • It is paid once per joining. A sign-up alone doesn’t count.
  • Level income is funded by the platform (the admin), not by other members.
  • You can request a withdrawal once your available balance reaches ₹1,000. The admin sends it to your saved UPI ID and marks the withdrawal paid.

More than one ID

  • One person may hold up to 20 IDs at a time.
  • Each ID is its own seat with its own payments, clock and cycle, and each costs ₹1,500 to join.
  • Several of your IDs may share a board, including a payment between two of your own IDs.
  • Every message and payment names the ID it is about. Check which ID you are looking at before you pay or confirm.

Your account

  • Smart Helping Plan is a website, in English. There is no app to download.
  • You sign in with your mobile number and password. There is no OTP and no SMS.
  • If you forget your password, the admin can issue a temporary one. Change it as soon as you sign in.
  • Keep your mobile number correct. The admin uses it to reach you if a payment is disputed.

Disputes and corrections

  • Disputes are handled by the admin, offline, usually by speaking to both members.
  • The admin can confirm a payment on a member’s behalf, lift a hold, extend a deadline, or reverse a confirmation made by mistake. A reversal also reverses any level income that confirmation produced.
  • Every admin correction needs a written reason and is recorded.
  • The admin cannot refund money that went member to member, because the platform never had it.

Full risk notice

Read this before you pay anyone.

  1. Participation involves risk. Money you send to another member can be lost, and neither Smart Helping Plan nor the admin can get it back for you.
  2. You may not receive anything. Every amount anyone receives comes from members who joined after them. A board completes only when new members keep joining beneath you. If joining slows, your board can take a long time to complete. If it stops, your board may never complete, and you may receive nothing at all.
  3. There is no timeline. Nobody can tell you how long a board will take, and no one is entitled to promise you one.
  4. Only pay what you can afford to lose. Don’t borrow to join, and don’t use money you need for rent, food, school fees or medicine. Each extra ID is another ₹1,500 at risk.
  5. The platform does not hold, invest or guarantee any money. The ₹1,500 you send is not refundable by the platform, because it went directly from you to another member. The platform only matches members, times payments and records confirmations. Level income is the one amount the platform itself pays, and only under the rules above.
  6. This is not an investment or deposit scheme. No money is invested, no interest is paid, and no amount is promised or guaranteed. Descriptions of what a seat receives describe how a completed board works, not what you will get.
  7. Holds can happen even when you paid. If a payment you pass up isn’t confirmed within 24 hours, your ID goes on hold until the admin settles it offline.
  8. Check the law that applies to you. Laws on money-circulation and similar schemes differ between places and can change. Whether they apply to you depends on your situation. If you are unsure, take independent legal advice before you join. Nothing on this site is legal or financial advice.

If anything is unclear, don’t join until it has been explained to you.
