The basics
What is a helping plan?
A helping plan is an arrangement where members send money directly to each other, following a fixed pattern. In Smart Helping Plan the pattern is a board of 13 seats: one top, 3 middles and 9 bottoms.
You join by paying ₹1,500 to the member in the seat directly above you. On the original board, each middle receives ₹1,500 from each of their 3 bottoms (₹4,500), passes ₹3,000 up to the top and keeps ₹1,500. When confirmed pass-ups reach ₹9,000, the top exits; this can happen before every bottom seat is filled, and the board splits into 3 new boards.
Every ID except the original root forwards 2 receipts and keeps the next; this repeats across board splits. You cannot receive again until your forward is confirmed. If the upline is held or retired, forwarding goes to the next eligible active ID in joining order. A retired ID receives referral income only.
Does the platform hold my money?
No. The ₹1,500 goes by UPI from your account straight into the account of the member above you. The platform never receives it, holds it or invests it. It only matches members to seats, keeps the 24-hour clock and records who has paid and who has confirmed.
The one exception is level income. That is paid by the platform, from its own funds, into a wallet inside your account. See level income.
Is there an app?
No, and you don’t need one. Smart Helping Plan is a website, in English, and it works in the browser on your phone: Chrome, Safari or any other. There is nothing to download. If someone sends you an “app” file claiming to be Smart Helping Plan, don’t install it.
Paying and confirming
How do I pay?
By UPI, member to member. Your dashboard shows the name, ID and UPI ID of the one member you need to pay. Then:
- Copy their UPI ID from your dashboard.
- Open any UPI app (Google Pay, PhonePe, Paytm or BHIM) and choose
Pay to UPI ID
. - Check the name your UPI app shows matches the name on your dashboard.
- Send exactly ₹1,500.
- Copy the UTR (the transaction ID on your UPI receipt), enter it on your dashboard, and tap
I have paid
.
Keep a screenshot of the receipt. The UTR is your proof if anything is ever questioned.
Someone has paid me. What do I do?
Open your UPI app or bank statement and check the money has actually arrived. Only then tap Received
on your dashboard. Never confirm a payment you cannot see, even if the payer sends you a screenshot.
What if the receiver doesn’t confirm?
A payment counts only once the receiver confirms it, and the 24-hour window covers both sending and confirming. If the receiver hasn’t confirmed, remind them first. If they still don’t, contact the admin before your time runs out, with your UTR.
Be aware: if a payment you pass up isn’t confirmed in time, your ID can go on hold even though you paid. The admin can look into it and settle it, but that happens offline, usually by speaking to both of you.
What happens if I miss the 24 hours?
It depends on which payment it was.
Your joining payment: your seat is given back and your ID returns to “not on a board”. Nothing is held against you, and you can join again when you are ready.
A payment you forward: your ID goes on hold. It shows in red on your dashboard and stays on hold until the payment is settled. While it is on hold, that ID cannot move forward, and it can hold up the board it sits on.
Holds and disputes are resolved by the admin, offline. The platform does not take any money from you for a missed deadline.
Time, money and refunds
How long until my board completes?
There is no set time, and nobody can honestly give you one. A board completes when confirmed pass-ups reach ₹9,000, which can happen before every bottom seat is filled. That depends entirely on how many new people join, and when.
If joining is fast, it can be quick. If joining slows, it can take a long time. If joining stops, a board may never complete, and the members on it may never receive anything.
Can I get my ₹1,500 back?
Not from the platform. Your ₹1,500 went directly from you to another member, so the platform never had it and cannot refund it. Only pay what you can afford to lose.
What happens when my board completes?
When confirmed pass-ups credited to the board reach ₹9,000, its top ID retires from board payments and continues to receive referral income only. The board splits into 3 new boards: each middle becomes a top, and the bottoms move up to become middles. The new boards start with empty bottom seats, which again fill only if new people join.
If you want to go round again after exiting, you open a new ID, pay ₹1,500 again and take a new seat (re-entry). Nothing happens automatically.
Level income and IDs
How does level income work, and when can I withdraw?
Level income is separate from the board. You can refer people with your own link. When someone you referred has their joining payment confirmed, the platform pays a fixed amount into your in-app wallet, once for that joining. It goes 3 levels deep:
- Level 1: ₹100, for people you referred yourself
- Level 2: ₹50, for people they referred
- Level 3: ₹25, for the level after that
This money is paid by the platform (the admin), not by other members. A sign-up alone doesn’t count; only a confirmed joining payment does.
You can ask to withdraw once your wallet reaches ₹1,000. The admin sends the money to your saved UPI ID and marks the withdrawal paid in your account.
Can I have more than one ID?
Yes, up to 20. Each ID is its own seat with its own payments, clock and cycle, and each one costs ₹1,500 to join. You switch between them from your dashboard.
Several of your IDs may share a board. A payment may be assigned between two of your own IDs. Remember that each extra ID is another ₹1,500 at risk.
The law, and your account
Is this legal? Is it an investment?
It is not an investment and not a deposit scheme. Nobody invests your money, no interest is paid, and nothing is promised or guaranteed.
Laws on money-circulation and similar schemes differ between places and can change, and whether one applies to you depends on your situation. Check the law that applies to you, and if you are unsure, take independent legal advice before you join. We can’t give you legal advice.
How do I sign in?
With your mobile number and the password you chose when you registered. There is no OTP and no SMS: nobody from Smart Helping Plan will ever ask you for a code.
I forgot my password.
There is no SMS reset. Ask the admin, who can issue you a temporary password. Sign in with it and choose a new password straight away. Never share your password with anyone, including other members.
Still unsure?
Read the rules & risks in full, and ask before you pay anything. Ask the member who referred you to put you in touch with the admin.
