A 13-seat helping plan · member to member · web only

You pay a person. Not us.

Smart Helping Plan gives you a seat on a 13-seat board and shows you exactly who to pay: the member in the seat directly above yours. You send them ₹1,500 by UPI. We match, keep the clock, and record every confirmation. The help money never passes through us.

Participation involves risk. A board completes only if new members keep joining, and you may receive nothing. Read the risks first.

  2. 21,500 × 3 = 4,500 − 1,500 = 3,000 (up)
  3. 31,500 × 9 = 13,500 − 4,500 = 9,000 out

Three things we would rather you heard from us first

  1. We never hold your money.

Every ₹1,500 goes by UPI from one member’s account straight into another’s. There is no company account in between.

  2. Nothing moves unless new people join.

A board completes when confirmed pass-ups reach ₹9,000. This depends on new members joining below. If joining slows, it can take a long time, or never complete.

  3. Sent is sent.

Money paid member to member cannot be refunded by the platform. Only pay what you can afford to lose.

How a board works

13 seats. Money moves one row up.

Play it through, or step through it yourself. Every amount below is the one the platform uses today.

Diagram of a 13-seat board: one top seat, 3 middle seats and 9 bottom seats. The steps beside it describe what happens.
  • Seat paid for
  • Empty seat
  • ₹1,500 payment
  1. A board has 13 seats: one top, 3 middles and 9 bottoms. The top and middle seats are held by members who moved up from an earlier board. The 9 bottom seats are waiting for new members.

  2. Each new member takes a bottom seat and pays ₹1,500 by UPI to the middle directly above them. Once all 3 bottoms under a middle have paid, that middle has received ₹4,500.

  3. Every ID except the original root forwards 2 payments, then keeps one. The pattern repeats across board splits. Receiving stays on hold until each forward is confirmed. If the upline is held or retired, the next eligible active ID in joining order receives it. Follow the receiver shown on your dashboard.

  4. 9 bottoms × ₹1,500₹13,500

    kept by the 3 middles− ₹4,500

    passed to the top₹9,000

This illustrates the original board. Later payments follow each ID’s continuing receipt count and the eligible receiver shown on the dashboard.

  5. When confirmed pass-ups reach ₹9,000, the top exits; this can happen before every bottom seat is filled. The board splits into 3: each middle becomes a top, and the bottoms move up to become middles. A retired ID receives referral income only. To go round again, a member pays ₹1,500 again and takes a new seat.

Look at the new bottom rows. Every new board starts with 9 empty seats, so the 3 new boards need 27 new members between them. Those seats fill only if new people join. If they don’t, the boards wait, with no deadline and no guarantee.

Your part

Four steps, one at a time.

You are only ever asked to do one thing: the next one. Your dashboard tells you which.

  1. Join

Register with your mobile number and a password. Save your UPI ID, because that is how members below you will pay you. Then join: you are given a seat and the one person to pay.

  2. Pay the seat above

Send ₹1,500 by UPI to the member shown on your dashboard, within 24 hours. Copy the UTR (transaction ID) from your UPI receipt, enter it, and tap I have paid.

  3. Receive from below

When new members join beneath you, they pay you. Check the money has really arrived in your account, then tap Received. If this receipt must be forwarded, your ID goes on hold for receiving until your assigned receiver confirms the forward. Keeping the last receipt of a group leaves receiving enabled.

  4. Complete & split

When confirmed pass-ups reach ₹9,000, the top exits and the board splits into 3. You move up a row onto a new board, and wait for new members to join below you.

The one rule with a clock

24 hours. For both sides.

Every payment has a 24-hour window: the payer sends it, and the receiver confirms it. Miss it on your joining payment and your seat is simply given back — you can join again later. Miss it on a payment you pass up, and your ID goes on hold, shown in red on the dashboard, until it is settled.

If you have paid and the receiver hasn’t confirmed, keep your UTR and contact the admin before the clock runs out. Holds and disputes are resolved by the admin, offline, usually by speaking to both members.

A demonstration. 24 hours run in a few seconds.

Level income

Small, fixed, and paid by the platform.

Separate from the board, you can refer people with your own link. When someone you referred has their joining payment confirmed, the platform pays a fixed amount into your in-app wallet: once per joining, across 3 levels.

  1. Level 1 ₹100 people you referred
  2. Level 2 ₹50 people they referred
  3. Level 3 ₹25 people those members referred

Who pays it. Level income comes from the platform (the admin), not from other members’ help money.

When you can withdraw. Once your wallet reaches ₹1,000. The admin sends it and marks each withdrawal paid.

What doesn’t count. A sign-up on its own. Only a confirmed joining payment does.

The platform

What we do. What we don’t.

We do

  • Give you a seat and the one member to pay.
  • Keep the 24-hour clock on every payment.
  • Record who paid, who confirmed, and when.
  • Show all of it on your dashboard, live.
  • Pay level income from the platform’s own funds, into your wallet.
  • Look into disputes through the admin.

We don’t

  • Hold, collect or touch the help money.
  • Invest anything, or pay interest.
  • Promise that a board will complete, or when.
  • Refund money sent member to member.
  • Use OTPs or SMS. You sign in with your mobile number and password.
  • Ask you to download an app. It all runs in your phone’s browser.

More than one ID

Up to 20 IDs. Each with its own cycle.

One person can hold up to 20 IDs. Each ID is its own seat, with its own payments, its own clock and its own cycle, and each one costs ₹1,500 to join. Several of your IDs may share a board, and a payment may be assigned between two of your own IDs.

More IDs means more money at risk, not less. Treat each one as a separate ₹1,500 you can afford to lose.

Your dashboard

Everything you need to act on, on one screen.

After you sign in, the dashboard shows the clock, exactly who to pay and their UPI ID, where you sit on your board, and anything waiting for you to confirm.

  • The countdown ring. It turns red if time runs out.
  • Who to pay, by name and ID, with written UPI steps.
  • Your board, seat by seat: paid, awaiting, empty.
  • Payments sent to you. Only tap Received once it’s in your account.

Risk notice

Please read this before you pay anyone.

  1. Participation involves risk. Money you send can be lost.
  2. You may not receive anything. A board completes only when new members keep joining beneath you. If joining slows or stops, your board can take a long time, or never complete.
  3. Only pay what you can afford to lose. Your ₹1,500 goes to another member. The platform cannot refund it.
  4. The platform does not hold, invest or guarantee any money. It only matches members, times payments and records confirmations.
  5. This is not an investment or deposit scheme. There is no interest and nothing is promised.
  6. Check the law that applies to you. Rules on schemes like this differ. If you are unsure, take advice before you join.

Questions

Asked most often.

All questions
Does the platform hold my money?

No. The ₹1,500 goes by UPI from your account straight into the account of the member above you. The platform only matches, times and records. The one exception is level income, which the platform pays from its own funds into your wallet.

How long until my board completes?

There is no set time. It depends entirely on new members joining beneath you. It may be quick, slow, or it may never complete.

Can I get my ₹1,500 back?

Not from the platform. The money went member to member, so the platform never had it and cannot refund it.

Is there an app?

No, and you don’t need one. Smart Helping Plan is a website. It works in the browser on your phone.
